If ta365 discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account is registered to or accessed by an individual under twenty-one (21) years of age: (a) the Account will be immediately and permanently suspended; (b) all winnings generated on the Account will be voided; (c) the original deposit amount (less any bonuses claimed) will be returned to the source payment method; and (d) the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ta365 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and voiding of associated winnings.
4.2 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ta365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
5.2 Prohibited Sharing. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account, or allow any third party to place wagers on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you.

5.4 Two-Factor Authentication. ta365 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security enhancement. ta365 bears no liability for Account compromises in cases where a Player has chosen not to enable available security features.

6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically credited to a Player's Account within thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes.
6.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you are the legal owner of and that have been obtained through lawful means. ta365 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
6.5 Deposit Fees. ta365 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, payment processors may independently impose transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.
6.6 Failed Transactions. In the event of a failed or declined deposit transaction, ta365 will not be liable for any resulting losses including missed odds or game opportunities. Players should contact their payment provider if a deposit fails to post.

7.4 Same-Source Rule. ta365 applies a same-source withdrawal policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and is not negotiable.

13.3 Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ta365 Platform without ta365's prior written consent.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta365 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform; (d) any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
14.2 ta365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ta365's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.4 The ta365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ta365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular purpose.
15.1 ta365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ta365.org/privacy-policy.
15.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and personalized communications.
15.3 ta365 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification services, and other third parties as necessary to provide the ta365 services and comply with legal obligations.
16.1 ta365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ta365.org/terms-conditions.

17.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.2 Jurisdiction. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines to resolve any legal dispute arising from these Terms.
